Pinata Casa — Policies


All information you provide us with is treated as confidential and is not sold or shared with any other business. We at Pinata Casa know you value your privacy and we respect and honor it.

From time to time it is necessary to substitute colors of pinatas as shown on these pages. All pinatas are individually handcrafted; therefore, there are slight variations from one pinata to another. If you must have your pinata exactly the same color as shown on site, please let us know on the Order Details section of the checkout.

Custom Work
Before you place an order for a custom made pinata, please be aware that custom work is not refundable. We make our best efforts to create our pinatas as close in likeness as possible to the image and detail you provide us to work with. However, all custom made pinatas are left up to the interpretation of our pinata makers. We're sorry, but we cannot make any refunds on either the custom made pinata or shipping charges.

Merchandise Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with our merchandise, you must contact us within 5 days after receipt of your order. Send your claim to and let us know the reason why you want to return your order. PLEASE NOTE: We can not issue refunds on custom pinatas.

Your pinata is guaranteed to arrive at your door damage-free. If by any chance you receive a damaged pinata please contact us and we'll file a claim with our carrier. Simply provide us with an image of the damaged pinata and, upon receipt of this image, we will gladly either issue a credit to your credit card, or, if you choose, we will re-ship a new pinata to you. Pinatas would be shipped using GROUND SERVICE ONLY. You must report any claims for damaged merchandise within 5 days after receipt of your order.

Late Delivery 

If you're returning merchandise because it was delivered late, even if we shipped it within the specified 24 hours, your credit card will be credited for the amount of merchandise only. We are not responsible for carriers' late deliveries.

NOTE: If you decide to refuse any shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
